Case Study: Making Sustainable Forestry Truly Sustainable

Forestry plays a key role in climate resilience, but heavy-duty machinery still contributes to emissions. IntegratR is changing that. At our state-of-the-art test facilities, heavy electric forestry machines were extensively tested and refined. Different IntegratR partners combined their expertise — from driveline technologies to hydrogen refueling and megawatt charging — to create real-world solutions. Now, the first fully developed machines are being deployed in operational forests. By electrifying harvesters and forwarders, IntegratR proves that sustainable forestry goes beyond responsible forest management — it also transforms the machines that drive it. Early results show a 60% reduction in CO₂ emissions and significant reduction of soil impact.
